Man-o-war sting

Steve was in the ocean Monday, when he was stung by a man-o-war!  One of its tenacles wrapped around his left ankle.  You can see it is swolen and red.  He said that it really hurt and stung.  The lifeguards sprayed something on it to reduce the sting.  It continued to sting on Tuesday and it now looks like a scratch across his foot.  Many of you can probably imagine that he is very proud that he experienced it:)

Heat

Last weekend we went to the sixth game of the Heat v. Atlanta series.  It was a great time and the Heat played a great time!

Easter Egg Look-a-Likes

For a Easter meal we went over to our friend’s Peter and Sarah’s.  They made a wonderful meal.  We found our place seatings by finding our egg look-a-likes.  Above are the eggs that Sarah made to resemble us, if you look closely you might see the clerical on Steve’s egg:)

Captain Steve

A member from our church offered Steve the use of his boat whenever we would like to take it out.  These are pictures of Steve’s first time as captain!  We took the boat out in the inner coastal, admiring all the beautiful houses.  Abby was fortunate to be on the voyage:)

Pie in the Face

It is a tradition at the St. Paul church picnic to throw pies at the vicar.  Steve was a good sport as you can see!

For Steve’s birthday we celebrated with a full day.  We began the day watching the sun rise on the beach by our apartment.  We played golf and then drove out to Naples, FL.  We watched the sunset on a beach in Naples.
