Man-o-war sting

Steve was in the ocean Monday, when he was stung by a man-o-war! One of its tenacles wrapped around his left ankle. You can see it is swolen and red. He said that it really hurt and stung. The lifeguards sprayed something on it to reduce the sting. It continued to sting on Tuesday and it now looks like a scratch across his foot. Many of you can probably imagine that he is very proud that he experienced it:)
I am so happy that happened on our last day at the beach. I may not have run into the waters so gleefully as I did on the previous days
Thanks again for all the fun we had and glad Stephen got to experience something also!!!! 
Only Scuba Steve would think this is cool!!
Full disclosure is needed. The man o war picture is from a previous
time. No picture was taken of the baby man o war that stung Stephen.
So glad this was Steve’s experience and not mine.
