She got the Job!!

On Monday night Jess was interviewed by St. Paul Lutheran School to be one of the 7th grade teachers. She felt the interview went well, but only being there a year would put some thought into the people to hire her. However, on Tuesday morning Jess received notice that if she wanted to, they would love to hire her as a teacher, so she calmly replied back to say yes. Our year down in Florida just got more exciting, now we will be in ministry together and be able to see how our ministry after Seminary might look!

I am so happy for both of you. How exciting of a year is ahead of you – both embarking on a new ministry. And after this year of teaching Jess, you will be able to handle anything!!! I have heard wonderful things about the school you are going to. We will have to make plans to visit in the dead of winter but if it is like this past winter I may not return to NE
